Everything you need to know about returns, refunds, and what to do if something’s not quite right

Yes. If you change your mind, you can return any unopened and undamaged cans within 14 days of delivery. Even if you’ve tried one and it’s not for you, you’re welcome to send back the rest. You cover return shipping — we’ll refund every can we can resell. This aligns with Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code.

Cans must be unopened, undamaged, and sealed. We can’t accept returns of opened, dented, leaking, or otherwise compromised products. Please pack returns securely to avoid damage in transit.

Reach out via the contact form or email us at team@nocoholics.eu through the process and share the return address. Returns must be sent from within our delivery zones (France, Germany, Belgium, Netherlands).

Let us know within 48 hours at team@nocoholics.eu. Include your order number and a few photos. If something’s not right, we’ll take care of it — we’ll refund or replace the affected items.

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, refunds are processed within 14 business days. We only refund unopened, sellable cans. Return shipping isn’t reimbursed for change-of-mind returns.

We rarely say no — but in cases of repeated or clearly abusive return behaviour, we reserve the right to decline future return requests.
