By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you may not access the website or use any services.

These Terms apply to all users: browsers, customers, and content contributors. Any new features or tools added to the store are also subject to these Terms.

Our store is hosted on Squarespace, which provides our e-commerce platform.

2. Eligibility

By using this website and placing orders, you confirm that:

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
  • You will use the service only for lawful purposes
  • All information you provide is accurate and complete

Although our products are alcohol-free (≤0.5% ABV), we operate within the beverage industry and require all customers to be of legal adult age.

We make every effort to display product colors and images accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device's display will be accurate. Product descriptions are provided for general information only.

ii. Availability

Products are available exclusively online through our website. Availability may vary by geographic region. We reserve the right to:

  • Limit sales to any person, region, or jurisdiction
  • Limit quantities of any product
  • Discontinue any product without notice

iii. Alcohol Content

All products sold on nocoholics.eu contain ≤0.5% ABV (alcohol by volume) and are classified as alcohol-free or low-alcohol beverages under EU regulations. Nutritional information and ingredients are displayed on each product page.

4. Orders and Payment

i. Order Process

When you place an order:

  • Your order is an offer to purchase products
  • We will send an order confirmation email (this is acknowledgment, not acceptance)
  • The contract is formed when we dispatch your order
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order

ii. Payment

We accept payment via Squarespace Payments, which includes:

  • Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Apple Pay and Google Pay

Payment is taken at the time of order. All transactions are processed securely with PCI-DSS compliant encryption.

iii. Order Cancellation

We may cancel orders if:

  • Products are unavailable
  • Pricing errors occurred
  • We suspect fraudulent activity
  • Delivery restrictions apply to your location

If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

5. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euros (€) and include applicable VAT for EU customers.

Prices are subject to change without notice. However, changes will not affect orders already confirmed.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and displayed before payment.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors. If an error affects your order, we will contact you before processing.

6. Delivery

i. Delivery Regions

We currently deliver to:

  • France
  • Germany
  • Netherlands
  • Belgium

Additional European countries may be available — check at checkout.

ii. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times are provided at checkout. Standard delivery typically takes 3-7 business days within the EU. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

iii. Delivery Partner

Orders are shipped via DPD through SendCloud. You will receive tracking information by email once your order is dispatched.

iv. Risk of Loss

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.

7. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

i. Withdrawal Period

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party you designate) receives the goods. For multiple items delivered separately, the period starts from receipt of the last item.

ii. How to Withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement. Contact us at:

You may use the following model withdrawal statement, but it is not obligatory:

"I hereby give notice that I withdraw from my contract of sale of the following goods: [order number/product names], ordered on [date], received on [date]. Consumer name and address. Date and signature (if sent by post)."

iii. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw:

  • We will reimburse all payments received, including standard delivery costs
  • Reimbursement will be made within 14 days of receiving returned goods (or proof of return)
  • We will use the same payment method as your original transaction
  • We may withhold reimbursement until we receive the goods back

iv. Return of Goods

You must return the goods without undue delay, and in any event within 14 days of notifying us of withdrawal. You bear the direct cost of returning the goods.

You are liable for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

v. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

  • Goods that have been opened and cannot be returned for hygiene reasons
  • Goods that deteriorate or expire rapidly
  • Sealed goods unsealed after delivery where return is not possible for health/hygiene reasons

8. Returns and Refunds

i. Defective or Damaged Products

If products arrive damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping costs.

ii. Incorrect Orders

If you receive incorrect items, contact us immediately. We will arrange collection and send the correct items at no additional cost.

iii. Change of Mind

For returns beyond the 14-day withdrawal period, we may offer store credit at our discretion. Products must be unopened and in original condition.

iv. Refund Processing

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving returned goods. The refund will appear on your original payment method within 5-10 business days depending on your bank.

9. Customer Accounts

You may create an account to:

  • Track orders and order history
  • Save delivery addresses
  • Speed up checkout

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, and software — is the property of Nocoholics or our content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service without express written permission.

Product images and descriptions of third-party brands remain the property of their respective owners and are used with permission.

11. User Content

If you submit content (reviews, comments, feedback), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, edit, publish, and distribute that content.

You agree that your submissions will not:

  • Violate any third-party rights (copyright, trademark, privacy)
  • Contain unlawful, defamatory, or offensive material
  • Contain malware or harmful code
  • Misrepresent your identity

We may remove content that violates these Terms without notice.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Saint-Malo, France, unless you are a consumer entitled to bring proceedings in your local courts.
