Yes — by law in Europe, anything under 0.5% is considered alcohol-free. That's about the same trace alcohol as you'd find naturally in ripe bananas or fresh orange juice. To put it into perspective, you'd need to drink around 55 cans of 330 ml (18 litres) to match the alcohol in a single regular 5% beer.
The alcohol level is extremely low, but pregnancy is personal. Most experts recommend avoiding alcohol completely. We suggest checking with your healthcare professional before deciding - they'll give advice tailored to you.
